Unable to enter unlock PIN code. OK remains grayed out.

For several hours my S25 has been asking me for the unlock code. When I enter it, I cannot validate it because OK remains grey and inactive. Several restarts of the phone have not managed to resolve the problem. At no point does the phone tell me that the code is wrong.

Try clearing the cache partition. You should be able to just google it to make this easy.

Involves booting the phone while holding a button, then pressing clear cache partition in a menu. Might work

Just tested myself—if it's still gray, it means you've not entered the right number or the right amount of characters.
It will only say "incorrect pin" after you've entered the maximum allowed amount of characters...

How many characters are you entering?

Worse case you may have to factory reset- it will ask for the Google password linked to the device
