My dad got an s25 but he can't update to ui 8 is there any probelem

I would check the csc code on your phone

Hi @nehemiahoneuilenovo Not necessarily ,though a number have received One UI 8 they go out in Batches and if obtained from a Network sometimes they delay it for testing purposes. Your Dad could Try Smart Switch to see if update available via that method, need to have the software and connect phone to computer. Is it definitely a Uk Device and if not there can be issues with updates?

I've got a samsung 23+ and it won't update to 7 because the csc code is xaa which is America that's why it won't update
