This has happened before unfortunately which means something in your order details is tripping Samsungs algorithm that's shows a red flag on their systems.
Or they do not have that available storage capacity or colour in that phone they can at this time supply.
The only recourse is to try ordering again via the Samsung Shop App or if you have one local go to a Samsung Experience Store.
