Tab s10 + and s25 ultra link up

Hi. I had my s24 ultra and tab s10 plus linked so I cld use my call and data allowance on my tablet. Realised today not working since I swapped to s25 ultra. Both devices linked and call and text set up on both, but if I try to make a call from tablet says no call account of this type. Sim manager on phone shows Sim1 for s25 ultra but underneath says no sim? Can make calls on phone no problem and ee correctly showing as my carrier. I have removed and re-inserted sim but no change. Any ideas?

Hi @Mandy1

Try reset network settings
Settings > general management > reset > reset mobile network settings
Try this on both devices

Have you rebooted the tab recently? Try a reboot or a restart.

If the issue is still happening after following @Fiona26's fantastic advice, I'd recommend that you follow the step below:

Do you have  any software updates available? You can check this in Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've restarted and installed all available updates but problem still persists. I'm wondering if the fact they're on different UI's now be causing a glitch? The tablet is one ui 6.1 and the s25 ultra is one UI7. It's the only possible change i can think of 🫤
