Starter Pack

Hi, has anyone received their starter pack having left a review? Just wondering if I should buy a case or wait for the kit, thanks

I couldn't imagine—it can take 30 days. Earliest delivery was February 1st. 14 days after delivery to review—up to 30 days to deliver after review.

I got my review link 06/02/25, and filled it in.

Came looking g if anyone has had there's yet.

From what I can gather ... It's 14 days from your order, but I think I got mine earlier than that.

I came looking of any info on ...

1, when do you find out your review was accepted ... Not received any comms since my review, not even a confirmation email saying filled it in.

14 days since I filled out the review went by a couple days ago ... 🤞 Hopefully hear v soon 🤞

I ordered day one, so even counting 30 from then has passed.

Thank you for your posts. I received the starter pack on Friday 21st Feb. Really pleased with the case and charging pad although it doesn't seem to be able to charge my Galaxy Watch SM-R800

Incredible how some customers get theirs in feb and mine says it will be delivered 31st of may which will be 4months after ordering the phone. Had a terrible experience with samsung i think this will be the last time i buy a samsung phone.

I haven't got mine and review was left 6th February 2025 and now is 17th April 2025. Have contacted Samsung but they just fob you off.
