I know this is not exactly about samsing but I purchased the s25 ultra with the three sim plan and it arrived yesterday and the sim has not activated and it has been over 24 hours when online it said 2 hours. I do not know the number so three cannot help. Anyone in this circumstance or knows how to sort it out.

Phone Restart: A simple restart can often resolve activation issues. Turn your phone off completely, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes trigger the activation process

SIM Card Insertion: Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted in your Samsung S25 Ultra. Sometimes, a slightly misaligned SIM can prevent activation. Try taking the SIM out and reinserting it firmly.

Is the sim recognised in the phone? Can call from someone else phone or visit the 3 shop

It recognises its from three but says unknown number

I'm unsure about account verification as no one can give me info without the number but the other 2 options I've tried

Was there any packaging with the sim? Like a card- the number is sometimes printed on there. Or even on your receipt details (contract)

This is really on the domain of the Networks Customer services @SSBNaofumi 

I recently ported my number from o2 Payg to o2 Pay Monthly which did take a few hours to which I just kept restarting the phone.

Did not recieve the full contract from three as mobileshop just confirmed I was accepted and the packaging had no number on it

It could be a case of waiting- or contact the phone shop you got it from directly

This might not work but try going into the Dialer and type *31# then the green phone or call button. You should get confirmation of "Outgoing Caller ID. Service was enabled". The reverse of this is #31#

Might sound silly but have you attempted to make a phone call yet?
