Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
If you used Samsung Smartswitch to transfer the info across then it can very occasionally hiccup.
When I moved my data from my Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra to this Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra I used Samsung Cloud which successfully moved my Samsung Pass data across.
The only reason I use Samsung Smartswitch is to move my Gallery.
I always decline the offer to transfer my pass onto the wallet.
I use Google Pay.
Launch Samsung Pass and tap on the 3 little dots on the top Rh Corner to check on sync options etc.
May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

Also, make sure that sync with Samsung cloud is on.
On mine, it was turned off as default and I was not able to access the passwords.
