Hi all,

I preordered a standard blue S25 with 512G storage several weeks ago. It was meant to be delivered on the 10th Feb. After 3 call and 4 emails to samsung online shop they said that they "don't have visibility on the delivery status due to limited resources". Which is unbelievable in itself.

Has anyone else in the UK experience delays in receiving their preoderef S25?

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

A small number of members have reported delays. It is understood (but not officially confirmed from what I've seen so far) that S25 Series sales have been stronger than previous series so that may explain any delays.

I've experienced delays myself in the past so I totally get the frustration this can cause. 

This time around o2 supplied mine. 

The status on your order can change quite quickly so I do hope you receive the Samsung phone ASAP  🤞

I placed a preorder sor the s25 and was supposed to receive delivery today. Received an email on delivery day to state
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order from Samsung.com below has been delayed.
Will be delivered on the 08 sept. Totally unacceptable so Samsung can shove their phone and and future phones
