I was supposed to receive my Titanium Grey yesterday by 10:30am.
It still says "on the way" on my Samsung account, I had the DPD "awaiting for parcel from Samsung" email on 31st.
I have been sent pillar to post between Samsung reps and DPD as to why I do not have my phone yet. For some reason DPD provided me with a second tracking number which Samsung didnt so I have two!! The one DPD gave me says it is held at DPD Dagenham due to unforeseen circumstances.
Anyone else stuck in limbo or did you all already get your shiny new phone?
I have this same experience every time ordering directly from Samsung sadly.
Edit: "there has been an incident with the driver and your parcel will not be delivered today". My parcel is "lost" and I need to contact Samsung to investigate the matter. Worst experience to date.
UPDATE: I notice others on social media have mentioned the security incident at DPD Dagenham has affected all of the East London area. My options are wait 6-10 days for Samsung to investigate, and get a replacement, or wait 6-10 days for an investigation and then 7-10 days on top of this should I want a refund. Quick to take my cash though!
If I refund or cancel I lose any preorder discounts. To say I am fuming would be an understatement!
Absolutely pathetic resolution process. SO fed up with DPD and Samsung.

Saturday 8th February, email received for a refund.
Monday 10th February actual funds received.
Yes all preorder bonuses lost thanks to DPD's incompetence/thievery and Samsung's frustrating slow pace due to their 10 day investigation requirement.
Due to demand and stock levels Samsung could not tell me when I would get a replacement so decided to give a full refund for a quick resolution (Day 10).
Monday 10th February, walked in to a Samsung shop in London, got my phone within 2 hours, plenty of stock it seems the online shop does not have enough stock Had my S25 Ultra since.
Wednesday 12th February, Escalations team offer the pre-order bonuses + gesture of goodwill in the form of a discount code to use which would have amounted to the difference between my savings + full price of the items. Including the gesture it was a fair bit so cannot complain however I can only use it for 1 transaction, has to be used in 6 months and can only be used online.
I have since ordered a bunch of accessories and buds to be collected this Friday from a London store, I do not trust DPD to deliver my items anymore, I have urged Samsung to review their partnership with the depot in question as many have had the same problem as me this past 2 weeks.
Lets hope my items actually reach a Cantal London store this time.
This issue can now be considered "closed". If you have issues, I recommend using the "email the CEO" feature. It may take 2-4 days for a response however speaking to the online shop team/call center will only bring about frustration.
