Samsung locked my phone today due to it not being delivered (it definitely has been).
I've spent the whole day on the phone to them and apparently the only team that can help don't have a phone so all contact must be through email. I finally recieved an email and this is what it says..
"Upon review, we found that your order was reported as not delivered, which led to a VR refund being processed. As a result, your device has been locked.
To resolve this, we will need to collect the unit from you first. Once the return has been processed and you receive your refund, you will be able to place a new order if you wish.
This is the final outcome of the investigation, and we appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if you need further assistance with the collection process."
So to summarise, they want me to return my delivered phone and buy it again...
