After 5 months still both telephoto lenses do not work with some 3rd party apps specifically gcam. This bug was present on the s24 ultra but fixed within weeks but 5 months after release and still not fixed on the s25 ultra even after the big 1.2gb June update is seriously taking the mick.

Still no fix for the charging bug either - using a different cable makes no difference 70% of the time wired charging does not work at all !

Also not allowing 3rd party apps access to the full 200mp and 50mp resolutions is breaking the EU digital markets act.

Samsung clearly views it's customers and EU law with total contempt.

And I haven't even mentioned the lack of 16gb ram, the pathetic 5 year old 3x zoom lens, the 2 year old main camera, the pathetic "fast" charging that isn't even fast and wasn't fast 2 years ago, the even more pathetic 15w "fast" wireless charging, the removal of bluetooth from the s pen, the screen with only 120Hz refresh rate when many other phones offer 144Hz or the pathetic 4855mah battery when other manufacturers offer 6000mah+.

£1500 for a phone with these massive spec holes and the same unfixed bugs after 5 months clearly shows we are just cash cows for samsung and once they have more of our cash for a lower spec phone when we could get a higher spec one for less cash from someone else, that they couldn't case less about their customers.

Anyone who isn't a samsung fan boy and knows about the mobile phone world knows just how "pathetic" samsung is lately - it's tech is very behind yet it charger top dollar far more than more advanced chinese phones they are basically ripping up off and I am calling them out. Sorry if you boot like it.as for the camera app samsungs does do a few things well but google's camera app usually does them far better but if you haven't tried it you won't know and prob shouldn't comment. Android is about choice it's not apples walled garden and if I or anyone else wanna use a different camera app it's our choice to and samsung legally has to allow it. Fast charging is perfectly lhealthy for the battery if done correctly. Samsung software is ok but the idea of it being more reliable than "exotic" brands as you put it (none of which you've tired I.assume) is a joke - they're all android with slightly different skins.

We don't recommend use of third party ported applications on here if you wish to use them do so at your own risk

No support will be provided to non official application or applications that have been ported

Then why is access to the telephoto lenses available on previous models, but blocked on the S25 Ultra? That makes no sense!

Oh and I forgot - my s23 ultra and s24 ultra could focus through the open slats of a Venetian blind onto what's outside but despite having the exact same camera my s25 ultra cannot - go figure

Are you seriously suggesting we settle for terrible photos taken with the stock camera app? Is that a joke?

When there’s a way to get photos that are several times better, and yet you don’t recommend it.
