Hello all, I purchase all my phone directly from Samsung delivered to my hand sim free and the main fault, yes couple of other issues but the main one is, you press the call symbol then contact's, search bar at the top, press the MIC symbol say a name ' PRINCE' the phone no matter what you say puts 'PRINCE /p' every time, so it never finds anyone! Also go to the Internet Google search press MIC picks up NOTHING! yes NOTHING! Oh when I transferred my data, new and old Samsung galaxy's it scrambled some of the data checked by 4 SAMSUNG TEC EXPERTS =REMOTELY! even though I kept telling them it's been tried already they just kept going until they hit 4 then said I have to take it to a service centre and they wipe the phone before they even look at it. But forget all of that, I was sold a faulty handset I don't need to do any checks go to a service centre or jump through anymore hoops, I've bent over backwards to allow them to come to the obvious. THEY DID NOT SELL ME THE HANDSET AS ADVERTISED IN FULL WORKING CONDITION, SAMSUNG HAVE TO REPLACE THE HANDSET, and I really can't say anything onwards from that. It's down to Samsung to honour the contract of purchase?
