Samsung Care+ not showing as purchased?

Purchased Samsung Care+ 2 yrs pre pay 3 days ago but showing as 'NOT Covered' and 58 days remaining? 

Is that normal and if not how do I fix that as it is purchased correctly with the correct IMEI number plus I have email confirming and my credit card has been changed the correct amount. What is weird, when I log in to my Samsung Care+ account online, it still shows the remaining 1yr of a package associated with this insurance I purchased last year for my now traded S24 Ultra an not my new S25?

Suspect I may need to call to sort but wondered if anyone else experienced the same or do I simply need to wait a while longer for the systems to update correctly to reflect the new insurance?

I called them. Mine wasn't in there system so they asked me to send some details and now its sorted

I ordered my phone on release and it took until the 2nd of Feb for it to change over to showing care+. Sometimes it's a little delayed but nothing to worry about

There is a bit of a delay whilst processing. I was also concerned after a couple of days, but it has updated now.

I think if it hasn't within a week then contact assurant.

Thanks for all the feedback 👏 I called Assurant, they needed to cancel the prior insurance (1yr remaining) on my returned S24 Ultra, and then add my new insurance policy to my account manually. I've no idea why that happened and they weren't sure either. My phone has still not updated to show cover several days later and Assurant say they have nothing to do with the feature in the phone settings that show Care+ status, so they can't help there. At least I know I do have insurance it's probably unlikely it'll connect to the phone which isn't the end of the world but would have been as a nice touch.

same problem with me... bought s25 ultra on friday, subscribed the Care+ and on mobile definitions appears "56 days until...." I receave the e-mail as proof... but according to what I read here, I had to contact them also to solve... (or see if everything is in order)
