Samsung calendar long alerts don't work properly

I went from A52 to S25+ and I'm seeing the following problem:

Samsung Calendar offers 3 different types of event alerts. The "light" and "average" functions work properly, but the "strong/long" function does not work and not only does a screen similar to that of the alarm clock not appear, but the popup doesn't appear either

Edit: the "medium" alert can launch the full screen alert routine. But the sound and the duration is very small, so if i am in another room i could miss It. That the reason why i used the "strong" alert type, which doesn't work now

Hi All,
I've reported here the same issue on my S22. Now I've found the cause for it. In my case it was another app, called 'Digital Clock Widget' (this is it)  wich seemed to conflict with the Samsung Calendar app. By removing it, the strong alert works fine again!
