Upday is an alternative to Google discover - when you pinch inwards on the home screen and swipe right you may have the choice to switch - I personally use Google and delete upday so don't have the option but here:

If you want upday you can go to galaxy store and download it.
Nowadays it's by default Google discover.
Settings > home screen > add media to home screen > toggle on tap on it and select Google discover
