Its one of the latest devices. This is normal. Anyone upgrading will be from an older phone

Just in a chat with Samsung support about this right now. Very disappointed.. their first suggestion was - sell it privately! I've been trading up since the Note 8 and feel a bit let down.

Just confirmed that there won't be a trade in path for S25. Either sell privately or they say contact Samsung Recycle 😂

I'm not going with the too new thing. Every year I've traded up from Ultra to Fold and then back again. This is the first year I haven't been able to do it.

Same here! Been trading the ultra for the fold and vice versa for years. Truly disappointed with Samsung.

Can't believe it...have already paid for the S25 so Samsung already have that cash, now I want to give them more by upgrading to the fold 7 but they won't take it as a trade in...i've always been able to trade from the latest to the latest....great way to treat liyalty....if they dont want my cash then I wont spend it with them

I feel its a downgrade from the S25 ultra given the S25 ultra has a bigger battery and better cameras.

Otherwise its an Awesome buy from older phones or folds
