SOh, I got my S25 Ultra like, a week ago, and the .6 camera's been lagging and making weird noises. I went through all the troubleshooting, they said to take it to a Samsung repair shop, but they didn't have the part! Trying to get a replacement has been a nightmare. I had to cancel my order, return the buds and case, reorder everything, and pay again – then I get refunded later. The thing is, I gotta return this faulty phone by Feb 24th, but the new one doesn't arrive until March 5th! They said they can't do anything. This whole thing's been a total mess. You'd think they'd have a better system for dealing with defective phones, right?

I would love to give advice, but it seems you've managed to figure something out. I would maybe try contacting them and explain your struggle/see if they can assist in any way.
