Hey Samsung members. 

So recently I've had to reset my S25 Ultra as I noticed a lot of things from my S24 was causing some issues with my S25. This maybe due to my S24 running order updates which wasn't on this. Idk I do want to say this isn't the phone itself issue. It maybe due to what I had or due to my S24 being on a older update to the S25. 

Lucky I got everything I need back LOL

Some app called Ai core that was sitting in my home. I couldn't uninstall it and it couldn't be forced stopped as it would cause errors and a lot of other apps similar.

I usually just copy stuff like photos I want via laptop not smartswitch. Then use Google to transfer contacts and apps. It redownloads the apps so they all work.

I thought Google would work too. I've called Verizon and Samsung and they can't figure it out. I can literally see all my apps listed such as Color Note, Google photos and drive, messages and contacts... along with the storage they take when I open Google One on my new s25 plus. It shows details for the s25 plus and for my older s9 each separately... but when I go out of Google One then only my photos and drive is on my phone. No contacts, messages color note app etc. So frustrated.

Check accounts then manage accounts in your settings and make sure you haven't got 2 Google accounts on your S24.
