So for me, I recieved my phone on the 4th February and 2 weeks later I didnt get an email to review so I contacted Samsung support about it and they gave me a link. 

They'll ask you for your: 

Name:

 Email:

Shipping Address:

 Contact Number:

Order Number:

In that exact order. Hope this helps!

You should have recieved the ear buds with the phone, baring in mind you had to have applied code S25LIVE to your order when purchasing.

The only type of confirmation you'll recieve is an email from DPD letting you know they have your parcel. Samsung wont notify you, but you should recieve it within 30 days of leaving a review.
