Hello friends!

I don't know how to even describe this but I will try,

The display colors or tint on my S25 Ultra is all over the place, sometimes white is pink, other times it's green or blueish, it keeps changing during the day, I don't exactly understand what's going on but I have some clues.

I have the Samsung official anti reflective film installed, I also wear optical eyeglasses with blue light filter, these two are interacting together in interesting ways.

When I look at the phone straight on center, all white is pink, if I look at a 45 degrees angle, it becomes pure white, this is one factor.

The other factor is time of the day, at night white turns green, in the afternoon it's more pinkish, in sunlight it's very pink.

Also when I take my sunglasses off it becomes blueish, so type of ambient light is the second factor.

Then it also seem to depend on application, due to the feature Samsung introduced since the S23 Ultra, which changes the color tone based on content, in Chrome it's really pink, in Amazon app pink is less, and in McDonald's app white is white, that is the 3rd factor.

All these factors intetplaying together makes the screen color tone all over the place during the day, from super pink in the morning to green in the evening and everything in between.

This is more pronounced in the unit I currently have which was produced in February in the Vietnam factory, I had one before it, which was produced in January in the India factory,  which I remember white was pure and clear white.

Does any of you have this strange phenomena? I am thinking to put a regulator reflective tempered glass, to kill that anti reflective property which seems to be playing a lot of games with ambient light and my eyeglasses, what do you think? 😵💫😵💫

Think if you have a coating on your glasses, you can get issues with some screen protectors.
Something to do with the way the light emitted is refracted.
I had polarised sunglasses and although I didn't get what you have. I did get other effects on a previous phone.
Maybe try a different screen protector and see how it goes.

The interaction between my eyeglasses and Samsung's anti reflective screen protector is definitely one factor.

But even with my naked eyes, there is a significant degree of play with the colors during the day.

Could you recommend a screen protector that is not anti reflective, and at the same time doesn't interact with glasses?

I basically want to kill the anti reflectiveness of the display totally, to hopefully have no play with lights and glasses, and have more stable and consistent colors :smiling-face:

As it stands right now, I am annoyed to the point of thinking to sell or trade in the phone with anything else that is not anti reflective, just has a normal display!

Well i usually go with either Spigen screen protectors or Ringke ones
That said I haven't tried them on the S25 Ultra
But they are normally my goto ones. Plus they are not too expensive

I must admit that im not fussed about the anti reflective coating. I would prefer not to have it, but a screen protector usually negates it

To double check it's not a setting. Settings, display, eye comfort shield off, adaptive colour tone off, screen mode natural.

If it still does it, yeah it might be the display reflecting light in a strange way. Oled displays do have strange reflections if seen in certain ways, but not unless you're actively trying to make it happen

I am not seeing any issues with my phone, must be a issue with your glasses
