S25 Ultra cancelled after 8 days waiting- no reason

I ordered on the 30th, due for delivery on the 1st. Delay email on the 1st. Another delay email on the 2nd. Then nothing.

Contacted chat most days after the first 2 delays, told it will be OK, please wait. Now all the offers have expired, it will cost £400 - 600 more for the same phone, buds, case etc., depending on the value you give the freebies.

Chat suggest I don't worry, just order again, I'll get my original order money back soon.... Even after explaining the cost difference, I was told just to order it again.

Far from happy.

Did you order an exclusive colour with high memory? If the stock has run out, the order would be cancelled.

Sadly unless Customer Service can do anything in terms of previous offers, there probably isn't much you can do.

Hi! Normally it's due to stock availability. What colour did you end up going for?

The live chats don't really get any more information than you do, besides their training and contacts. They can certainly help but are limited

I would say the only thing you can do is attempt to re order or, go into a store

No, I went with the non exclusive black.

Think it just got lost in their system. It was with a contract from the app. Spoke to the mobile contract provider, it never made it to their system.

Sorry to hear your issues.

One thing I would like to add is that another samsung deal is never far away.

If you are unable to resolve the issues with cost and this order then get your original order money back and just wait on it a short time. I would fully expect that within 4 to 6 weeks the next set of deals will become available and there will be price reduction, cashback, incentives, freebies etc.

Sorry to hear that for whatever reason it doesn't seem to have worked out right now. Hope you get it resolved.

NGL really surprised that issues like this have to be passed to the customers, who all in all has no responsibility for what have happened. Least it would be suitable to reissue the order with the original discounted price....

Totally agree i am in same boat, support are useless. I got to point that the phone was in my local delivery centre due to be delivered to me. Returned back to samsung and 4 days phone asking what going on.

I got email confirming delivery, credit check vat receipt hoping I enjoy my new phone request for trade in to be sent.

I can order again but they won't honour my discount code which same unfair if they cancelled quicker I could reordered and got new code from support
