S25 Ultra Bug: Phone Calls (FIXED)

I have two S25 Ultras and they seem extremely bugged when it comes to calls, anything to do with the normal phone; whatsapp; messenger; discord, and everything else.

Is there an update that can fix the issue? They're brand new, litteraly two days old, and they've been cleared of cache.

The bug is calls cutting out constantly and declining on their own, or sometimes just being silent at the oppisite side of the line.

Have you done the latest firmware updates that were released?

Theres no additional updates coming up, it only has the ones from the phone when we brought them.

Hi. Back up your data and try factory reset. Might fix this bug. Make sure first there is no problem with the network or the devices on the other end of the call.

I have experienced none of what you have mentioned. No issues on anything cutting out of whatsapp, teams or regular phone calls. Or anything else you mentioned

You should be on March Update firmware on your phone. I wound try clearing partition cache.

I don't think this is a bug as I have not seen anyone else report same problem

Clear cache first and see if that's helps, failing that contact support
