Samsung has confirmed that the S25 series does not use in house RAM. Some speculation about this already and Micron has stated that devices use its LPDDR5X DRAM and UFS 4.0 storage chips.
This has been confirmed by Samsung's Smartphone Division on an X Post.
Lower voltage means consuming less CPU, prolonging battery life. Sounds good. Couldn't watch the video from Sammobile because there were ads coming every millisecond, so I gave up on watching the second video.
Not really a huge shock really. It depends a lot on supply chains and costs. I mean Sony sensors were used in the cameras for years. It's great if companies opt for best in tech over some internal pride if it makes sense.
