S25 Intune app enrollment screen

When using Knox to enroll S25 devices to Intune, the device downloads lates version of Intune app (2025.03.01). The app has a scrollbar in the bottom that gets in the way of buttons.

In the last screen (choose device category) it is not possible to use the touch screen to push the button. Only possible workaround I have found is to connect a physical keyboard to the phone.

This only started happening from Intune app v2025.03.01 and only S25 series. I is the same on S25 plus and ultra. Galaxy S24 works fine.

You're best off flagging it with the team at M$: wintunedroidfbk@microsoft.com

Thanks for the tip. You have any pointers on how to get in touch with that team?

Hi @zima80 and welcome to the community.

As mentioned by @Lingard87, you're best sending feedback to the Microsoft apps team. The email address is included in the above comment.

However, if you want to confirm, go into the Google store app and search for Intune, tap on the result and scroll down past the 'Ratings and reviews' section until you see the 'App support' text. Tap on the arrow to the right of that and you'll see the contact details.

Hi @Beta22, thanks for the details about finding the contact info. Unfortunately, the address only accepts emails from senders in the same organization. In other words, just for show.

I know this is a MS issue and has to be resolved by them. That is why I opened a support case with MS, but that will probably take some time.

My objective with post here is to gather some info if others are experiencing the same issue and if someone has a better workaround.

Ok. You can try running the setup in pop-up view mode. This should allow you to resize the app and perhaps this way you can overcome the issue without the need to connect an external keyboard.

Intune app is started as a part of Knox zero touch enrollment. In other words when a user takes the phone out of the box and turns it on for the first time. I did not find any way to run "pop-up view mode" in this stage. Please let me know if you know how.

Ah OK. I understand. Looks like there might not be a better workaround than the one you've found. Unless others here have a better suggestion.

You could also try asking the MDM team that manages your device.

After opening a support ticket with Microsoft and documenting the issue. They resolved in new version/hotfix of the Microsoft Intune app.
