Think it should have just been called the S25 Slim as no homage to the real predecessors S7,S7 etc Edge.

Summary its slim, reckon price, spec wise it is sits in between the S25 and S25 Ultra, but industry wide not just Samsung i don't get the sleek form obsession as everyone slaps on a screen protector and clunky case 😮

I guess being slim it will have its benefits to some. With the ultra I like the flat display, but I honestly found the curved edge to be more comfortable in hand. When testing the flip 6 also flat display, because of the slim design once flipped it really was the most comfortable phone in hand. Not every body likes the idea of the flip phones, the edge however might be perfect for some.

Edge is square (looks it) i was more thinking back to the proper curved edge of the S6/7 etc... devices.

I had issues with the original edges as again the form factor is sublime, but had to use a case to avoid endless accidental grip touches.

Either way, Samsung opens up another category, whilst the likes of Apple ...

Price sits nicely at £1099? I don't think it does. You can buy an ultra for that price. I'm certain it's a nice phone, especially in the hand, but that 3900mah battery sucks. The camera tech is nice. For the price and hardware, the S25+ would be a better buy. The quad hd screen on the edge will surely eat up that 3900mah battery. The camera design looks cheap and ugly 😬

It's got Snapdragon 8 Elite on it, and the AI, they do a great job on S25U, battery lasts a long time.
