Hi,
As some S25 ultra users reported, Super Fast Charging with the original 45w charger (EP-t4511xnegeu) and the original 5A cable from the set no longer works.
This is the third charging process, before that everything worked fine.
It keeps jumping back and forth when displaying the charging status - even though the cable is not moved.
It shows "Super Charging 2.0" but it is not charging.
Battery protection has been turned off (before it was on).
I have tried all variants (other original cables, other original 25w chargers).
If I turn off fast charging it actually charges, the same with other chargers.
Just not Super Fast Charging - and that is what I want.
!!!My S23 charges from the 45w charger to Super Fast Charging without any problems!!!
Pretty sure it is not the charger!
Does anyone have similar problems?

I had the same issue with my s25 ultra and brand new 45w Samsung charger. I took both up to Verizon and showed them the phone does an endless loop of charging, not charging....over and over. My wife's s25 ultra would charge just fine with that charger. Verizon ended up swapping my phone for another new s25 ultra and it charges fine with 2.0. I also found a reddit forum with about 30 people with same issue

I chatted with Ssmsung and they totally blew me off and said they never heard of this before. I have never been treated so poorly by a company before. I would recommend that no one purchase Samsung products ever again and I will scream that from the rooftops until they make this right. They told me I couldn't return my phone if it's been more than 5 days. I told them thats not how it works in the US, we have laws. They also said you have to return the phone before we send a new one even after I told them I already sent out my old phone. Then they refused to answer any more questions. I'm really not happy. If anyone has any suggestions for getting a new phone that charges, please let me know who i can call. I took screenshots of everything they lied about.

I believe this is not isolated to S25 series. Ive been using the S24 Ultra for 1 year now. The charging status at most time will just stop at 99%. I usually charge my phone in the OFF mode. User can light press the ON/OFF button to check the charging status. Unfortunately if it stops at 99%, pressing that button will not show anything. I first thought my charger was faulty. I used another new Samsung charger for charging and its still the same. Occasionally it will achieve 100% however when start up the phone it immediately drops to 99%. After the last update it shows more positive result as 100% similarly after start up the phone. This should be the way considering my phone is hardly on heavy use the battery condition should be in good order. A week ago it again stop charging at 99%. I think it's the running software or the OS which is at fault. Simple things but always pops up as an issues for user to compromise with! Samsung needs to look really hard into those who are just mingling with the softwares! Instead of perfecting it, they do one thing but spoils another! Endless!

Had mine for about 2 weeks. 45W charger with the cable that came with the phone. Charged great, quickly, as expected for the last couple weeks. Noticed today that it had been plugged up for a hour and stopped at 50%, I had to disconnect and reconnect the cable. It could have gotten bumped i suppose, but even then, its brand new and shouldn, the cable connects securely.
My last phone s22u had charging port issues. Had to fiddle with the charger to get to connect and sometimes multiple times to get a charge (even after cleaning charging port thoroughly and changing cable). I sincerely hope this isn't starting with this brand new phone and if theres a battery controller issue, they need to issue a patch yesterday.
