Hi,
As some S25 ultra users reported, Super Fast Charging with the original 45w charger (EP-t4511xnegeu) and the original 5A cable from the set no longer works.
This is the third charging process, before that everything worked fine.
It keeps jumping back and forth when displaying the charging status - even though the cable is not moved.
It shows "Super Charging 2.0" but it is not charging.
Battery protection has been turned off (before it was on).
I have tried all variants (other original cables, other original 25w chargers).
If I turn off fast charging it actually charges, the same with other chargers.
Just not Super Fast Charging - and that is what I want.
!!!My S23 charges from the 45w charger to Super Fast Charging without any problems!!!
Pretty sure it is not the charger!
Does anyone have similar problems?

The issue is not with the cable that came along with the phone, instead it is with the 5A cable that came with 45Watt charging brick. Did you tried that 5A cable?

Have same issue, but this not working for me, in the mean time 3A cable seem the best solution

I have an S25 Plus, which I bought on February 15, 2025. I have a 25W adapter, but I'm not sure about the cable. This is my problem after one cycle.

Today I sent my phone for replacement, and suddenly there came a software update. Can anyone confirm if the issue is fixed with the update or not?

Samsung did acknowledge the problem and said it would be fixed with an update. I dunno if it was in this update, but they also said in the meantime you can use the 45w charger successfully if you use a 3a cable instead of 5a

Yea I know we can use 3A cable, but I am afraid that there might be something wrong with the hardware of some phones, because the software is same for every phone but not all phones have this issue. Just to be sure in future, I think we should get rid of this batch of devices.

Yeah, to be honest, I agree with you. I went to Verizon the day they were able to start selling it and they swapped my phone out with a new one and it does not have the issue

Mine has this issue when wireless charging. It keeps boot looping the charging. If I disconnect from the power and place my phone on the magnetic charger then plug the power in it works with no issue.
