Hi @redwick07

Battery stats is a subjective topic because we all set up our phones differently , have different apps and use the phone differently.

Can you go into Device Care under battery and screenshot that and upload the results here in your post.

Include all the apps at the bottom and the top status bar on your phone.

You can try >

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within in regards to battery advice and tips.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

This definitely isn't normal. Go to Device care and see which apps are killing your battery. I get around 8–12 hours of screen time.

Did you use Smart Switch to move over from an older phone?

Go to the app store/Samsung store and make sure all apps are up to date.

Clear the phone's cache.
* Plug the phone into a PC/laptop.

* I would also suggest turning off AOD.

If none of these work, it may be worth a factory reset. If you do, when using Smart Switch, don't move over your apps and do that manually later. I've seen reports of issues occurring for some.

I see your network signal is low so the phone will be working harder to maintain connection.

Can you also show all your apps at the showing at the bottom @redwick07

Yes unfortunately there are still bad signal areas for many networks but that as I saidcan make the phone work harder to try and maintain network connection.

I see Facebook is your heaviest use of battery. Facebook is a known vampire app that can certainly drain battery.

Personally I deleted the app and now access Facebook via my browser url bar.

You can put the app in sleep Sleeping apps on your Galaxy device.

I just got mine a few weeks ago and I have the always on going and as my wife says I'm spending too much time on my phone so I think we can say high usage. I "feel" I'm getting around 30 hours between charges (plus or minus)
