Ive seen a few people having issues with the submit button not working after filling in the details to write a review. As I was one of them- Ive just logged onto my PC and it finally let it submit! So at least there's the worry of the links being faulty for some out of the suggestion, I imagine it was the servers being bombarded and struggling to keep up.
Looking at other posters it seems to have worked doing it on another device- or doing it in the browser instead.
