Request Pin to activate Flight Mode

I used to have it set on previous Samsungs so it asks for my pass code before Airplane Mode could be activated, but this isn't running on my S25 Ultra and I can't find where it is within the settings to activate it? 

Any ideas?

Settings > Lock Screen & AOD > Secure Lock Settings > Lock Network & Security- turn it on
