Record calls

I've got S25 Ultra, there isn't an option to turn recorded calls off and my face keeps catching it when on phone to people and its tell them I'm recording the call when I'm not and dont mean too pressure it, I have rang samsung there isn't no way of turning it off, its ridiculous when I'm on the phone to people or in important meetings and that keeps coming on all the time

When I try to enter Record Calls to get to its settings I get a message that I need to download an English voice pack. AI says that I should not have to do this and says there is possibly a conflicting app. There is not. I did all I need to limit the notifications in Phone app but cannot open the Record Calls. I do not want to download an English voice pack that is probably on the phone anyway.

All I want to do is turn this darn voice record system off
