One reason would be if you kept many apps open and tried switching between them regularly. It's not that normal to notice any difference for regular usage. Personally I've always disabled it as it's an unnecessary feature for the current high end phones. I did however use it with the S24 Ultra as it helped to minimise a lot of game crashing that occured. I've not seen this behaviour with the S25 Ultra though.
