First of all, the phone is like a beast. I love this phone because I'm a pure Samsung lover. The phone has pros and cons, anyway. 

The most and most negative issue of this phone: the charge drain automatically, like gas. From my side it's not 5000mAh battery, it's like 3000mAh. Also I really disappointed with this issue. It's a high budget phone, but the battery level is poor quality. (Solution????)

And there are lots of positive things, Galaxy AI, Camera, Now Brief, ETC.

How long does your battery even lasts that you are saying it's like 3000mah? Do you use it continuously and game that's why your saying 3000mah

Please note that the S25 can take up to two weeks to optimize battery life. My own went from around 4–5 to 12–13 hours of active use. I hope that helps to hear 😊

From personal experience;
I would recommend turning off AOD and RAM plus to get the most out of your battery.

Also if you've used smartswitch to transfer data i would move everything across besides apps as this as caused issues with some.

Also may be worth clearing the phones cache partition
Plug into PC. 1. Turn off the phone. 2. Press and hold the Volume and power buttons to open the recovery menu. 3. Release the buttons when the phone vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. 4. Use the volume buttons to navigate to clear cache partition. 5. Press the power button to select Wipe cache partition. 6. Press the volume buttons to navigate to Yes. 7. Press the power button to confirm Yes. 8. The phone will automatically reboot.

I think the battery is excellent, easily handling 10 to 16 hours screen on time for me. Not sure how you set up your device, but from what I've experienced, it's Samsung's best despite the even better performance.
