Problemi di bluetooth

Good morning, I'm writing this because I'm having a serious problem with my Samsung S25 Plus. Since the last update on September 29, 2025, I've had a problem with the Bluetooth connection: every time I connect to the car's Bluetooth and then disconnect it because I'm no longer driving, until I turn the phone off and on again, the message "unable to connect to 08:7c:e5:00:2A:40." continues to appear on my phone. So every time I have to turn the phone off and on again to restore the connection, because if someone calls me while the signal "unable to connect to 08:7c:e5:00:2A:40.", the other person can't hear me, but I can hear other person. I've already disconnected all my Bluetooth-connected devices, and the problem has still been there for 15 days. I'm a psychotherapist and I always work with my patients on calls and call waiting, so I really need to resolve this issue urgently. Can you send me an update to fix the problem? Based on what you are reporting, I suggest you to restore your device's network settings by following these steps.

• Settings
• General management
• Restore
• Restore Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
• Restore settings
• Restore

This will take your device to the default network values. All associations with Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices previously made will be deleted, however, it will allow us to understand whether the inconvenience could somehow be caused by a connection-side anomaly.

Subsequently, I ask you to restart the device, connect it to the car radio and check if what has been reported persists.
