Problem writing on the Arabic keyboard

I have an issue when I open the app. Whenever I try to reply in Arabic, I receive this message:

Can't generate replies. This message seems to be in an cal unsupported language.

And Arabic language is added to Samsung keyboard. Can you you type in Arabic in other apps otherwise?

Yes, the Arabic language is already added to the Samsung keyboard. I can type in Arabic in all other apps without any problem. The issue only appears when I try to type a reply inside this specific app, and it shows the message: “Can't generate replies. This message seems to be in an unsupported language.”

Can you try with Google or microsoft keyboard

I think the problem disappeared when I used a Microsoft keyboard but I only want to use a Samsung keyboard
