Pop ups

I've been getting pop ups since 5am without being in an app & when i unlock the phone any ideas? Have anti-virus & deleted last apps downloaded but still getting them

Could be dodgy webpage, try clearing your history

Clear all browser history you probably have samsung Google and maybe bing too also cache and phone clean and scan via device care

You need to clear the clear the cache depending on what browser you're using. If it's Chrome or samsung. Clear the data and cache. If it's still occurring, then put your phone into safe mode and check for any rogue apps.
