Peeling off the back panel

I have S25 Ultra since three months and the back panel and the back panel started to peel off. The phone has been returned to the service center but they gave me back the phone with the same problem. 

I don't know what to do.

Can someone advise me?

I have had that issue on my 4 year old S21 ultra .

It normally happens when the back cover glue has dried out.

Samsung normally seems to want to charge for replacing the whole back cover which I believe comes with the glue.

Given mine is 4 years old . I just bought glue and glued it myself which isn't perfect but works for me.

The only reason it could have happened to your newer phone could be cause you might have kept it on something hot or the phone over heated.

Other options can be a bulging battery.

I would suggest take it back to the service centre to confirm depending on your country.

It was in the service center but they didn't repair it. Actually before the first update I felt the phone very warm during normal use. 

My previous phone was S22 ultra and again had very bad experience, the phone blocked every time I received a call and etc.

I'm afraid this forums are customer to customer based. So you would have to take it back to the service centre or a Samsung experience store where they have the option.

Are you sure the battery isn't swelling and pushing the back panel off?

I hope so, and I guess that during the service if they have found any problem with the battery, they should have replaced it

Was there a note from Samsung service center what was or not done to the phone
