Order Still Marked as 'Preparing' Since January 25

I just want to ask why my order is still marked as "Preparing Order" even though I placed it on January 25. I'm not sure if Samsung has overlooked my order, or if it usually takes this long to finalize. Are there many others experiencing this situation as well?

Depends on you given delivery date.
Some devices like the website exclusive colours and 1TB versions can take longer to ship
But this will be reflected on the delivery date given

I got mine yesterday and samsung was still saying order acknowledged even though I had had notification from carrier that they had my parcel.

Samsung logistical systems are notorious for being slow moving to show the next stage. 

I'm sure you'll soon see the update to your order.

Mines still stuck on we are preparing your order for shipping, been like that for a few days now with dpd message also sent a few days ago with the pin, website state dpd are waiting to receive parcel.
Said delivery expected on the 2/3/25

Update, I just got off the phone to Samsung and they assured me my device is at the warehouse still and hasn't been handed over to Dpd yet
