One UI 8 update not received

Hi I was wondering of anyone has experienced issues with receiving the one ui 8 stable update. I was on the beta programme and withdrew from it. Ive waited until the stable version was released and that has passed and I still havent received it a week on. Has anyone had this and how did you fix it

It might be because you left the beta and never downgraded. Being in a beta itself is risky due to bugs. I wouldn't expect leaving it midway through and getting the stable update eventually would actually work.

For suggestions, backup your phone, downgrade with smart switch. Then on setting the phone back up the update should hopefully work.

You could also wait for the next update, technically the beta users got a different update file to the non beta users. The next update everyone should get the same

One UI8 stable has not been out for a month as you indicate. It came out last week.

When you say you withdrew from beta, did you follow the full withdrawal process?

A few members who withdrew from beta are having issues. This is why we don't recommend beta for your main device.

Then you didn't withdraw.

So you've confused your device because your device thinks you've withdrawn so isn't accepting stable but you haven't correctly withdrawn so won't get update.

Ah ok so to get the correct update have I got to go through smart switch and downgrade it?

Yes. There are clear instructions on how to leave beta.

I withdrew from Beta but my S24 Ultra won't downgrade. It gets stuck atb0% on the download stage. I have tried it many many times with the sane result. I have followed the given steps but nothing seems to work. Please advise

I was on the beta programme. I have a S25 ultra 6 months old.

I withdrew from the beta programme and it removed the Google play certificate which is issue 1.
Then it won't let me use Google wallet and some other apps.

The device I withdrew from beta on the Samsung members page where I signed up to it initially and it never offered to go back to one ui7.
I'm now stuck with an old Google play system update from may 25 wont update to latest even when requesting the update, a security patch from July but there's a new one from August and my phone won't update it. Then there's the new update from android 16 with one UI 8 stable that I can't even receive. This has all happened after removing from beta testing.

Ontop of that I've cleared Google caches and data. I've done factory reset not done anything which I'm presuming won't because it's not the device it's software issues which don't get removed or replaced.

And Yes I followed the instructions correctly to remove from beta it even said stay in current version and wait for stable UI so I chose that option. Now with no Google play certificate present it's claiming that the update won't push through to update yet I was hoping this would restore the certificate issue.
I've reached out for the device number to re register on Google but it can't be found on phone.

Really am at a loss now been at this a month. Samsung keep dismissing the issue and state my log shows no issues.

I'm having the same problem withdrew from the program. Tried contacting samsung which are useless then tried the smart switch didn't work and also tried a phone shop. Rang customer service all the said was to stop by a samsung store which is in Manchester
