O2 S25 galaxy buds 3 offer

Hi,
When I brought my S25, O2 offered a promotion of the galaxy buds 3 for £20. I haven't received a message or email yet. 

I wondered if anyone else is having the same issues?

"Pre-Order a Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra ("Qualifying Purchase") direct from O2 between 22 January 2025 until 06 February 2025 and receive a voucher for £199 off one pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Galaxy Buds3 Pro usually £219. Customers who purchase the Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will receive an SMS containing a unique voucher code with a value of £199 after 30 days of purchase date. After voucher code received, add the Galaxy Buds3 Pro to your basket on the O2 website by selecting pay in full option. Within the basket paste your unique voucher code into the ‘Got a promo code?’ section for discount to be applied. Discount can only be applied to the cost of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Voucher code expires on 06 April 2025. Voucher code can only be used once, in a single transaction. One voucher code per transaction. One claim per customer. To qualify for the offer, you must not change your device within the first 14 days. Subject to availability, while stocks last. No cash or alternatives. Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Change of mind policy applies to Qualifying Purchase and Galaxy Buds3 Pro as a bundle. Don't worry. O2 will send you a text message about 15 to 20 days after your pre-order date. This is to avoid users who choose to return the "qualifying" device within the cooling off period.

Once you've passed the cooling off period and more than 30 days have passed without getting the voucher code, you should reach out to O2 support. No point doing so before then as you'll just be advised to wait for the promised duration to pass.

Hi all, I still have not received any notifications regarding the buds 3 promotion. Has anyone else received a message from O2 or Samsung about this?
