Hi MRashid, I face the exact same problem after I upgraded my S24 to One UI 8.0. Thanks to you, I tried the create new routine after reboot and it works as a workaround for now. I hope Samsung can get a fix ASAP.

It has indeed become very buggy and behaves inconsistently since the update on my side as well. The whole situation is absurd. The notification trigger is the most affected; in most cases it only starts when the phone is unlocked or has been used recently. There are many occasions where the routine begins, but one of its steps fails to execute, causing a rollback that also reverses the parts that already completed correctly. Overall, its behavior is a disaster and frankly ridiculous.

I use MacroDroid for the notification trigger, and ever since the Samsung routine became buggy, the notification creation has been stuck in a do/while loop until the Samsung routine completes (unfortunately, MacroDroid can’t handle system settings, and it seems Samsung routines can’t either 😅…). At night, when the phone is idle, the notification can fire 15 times with no effect. During the day, it sometimes fires 4–5 times before the Samsung routine finally completes! There have even been cases where a completely different notification triggered the routine instead of the intended one. It’s chaotic.
