Two days ago I was in this forum talking about the great deal I had secured with my UK carrier (EE) for a new 1Tb titanium silver blue S25 Ultra. Well, the following day they were on the phone to me apologizing that they could not honor the price (£91 a month) for my device (with Buds 3 Pro and Watch 7 thrown in). This price was only applicable to the 512 Gb version. The Rep I 'sealed' the deal with had made a mistake. They then said that they could only give me the 1Tb version for £105 a month with freebies thrown in. I told them how disappointed I was in them, took time to cool down a little, and agreed to their new price.
My new 1Tb S25 Ultra arrived today, and I am still drooling over the box (I am off to work shortly so I want all Saturday to get it up and running). Now for the ironic part. I have just received a text from EE saying that, because I have broadband with them, they were knocking 10% of my mobile bill, meaning I will now be paying £90 a month. £1 less than the price they were having kittens about yesterday. You have got to love irony..😅😅👍
