Network issue Samsung galaxy S25 ultra

I’m facing a network issue with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I live on the second floor (in London, using a Three SIM), and while my other phones show full network coverage, the S25 Ultra has a very weak signal. Often, it’s difficult to make calls. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I’m convinced that the issue is with the SIM card, as my friend faced a similar problem before.

I dnt think the signal is strong as it should be, maybe an update on the way to help with this i hope......

But I have another phone under the same network, and it’s working without any issues. I think a software update might solve the problem.

Have you tried swapping the sim cards to see if the problem is still there?

I didn't suggest getting sim from another company.

Take the sim out of your S25 Ultra and put it in the other device you have. Then see if the other phone has the same issue.

If it does, it's the sim.
If it doesn't, it's the S25 Ultra

Same issue. Sim works in old phone.
But when I traveled to Cheltenham, where I purchased, mobile network was working??

Go in to three and transfer your sim to an eSim on your S25 Ultra. I did that with my S24 Ultra and now my S25 Ultra and never got network problems again (Unless they were doing work)
