multiple Trade-In: How to assign to correct order

Bought two Samsung Smartphones with Trade-In but returned one of it. Got two Trade-In e-mails from foxconn and there seems to be no way to find out wich trade-in is for the phone i kept?

If you bought from Samsung online, you can check the IMEI associated with the phone you chose to trade it in with.

Bought from Samsung Online but it is the 100€ "any phone" Trade-In. Mail from foxway show  some Uxxx dummy IMEI only.

The key will be in the order number and if it's any trade in, then it won't matter which phone as you never gave any specific model phone right?

Bought two phones from Samsung:

Order id 1 + Trade-In "100€ any phone"

Order id 2 + Trade-In "100€ any phone"

Sent back one of the phones.

Got two Trade-In mails with TradeIn-ID 1 and TradeIn-ID2.

Both Trade-In ids are not related to the Samsung Order IDs nor do they show up on the Samsung page (order listing). 

So i really don't know which Trade-In is the one for the phone i kept.

In the UK, we were given specific delivery label numbers for trade in. So this would be a way of identifying which was returned. As I don't know what region you are purchasing from, nor have any knowledge of other regions logistics, I can't help you there, sorry.
