Mobile Data issue s25+

Hello everyone,

I bought the s25+ like 2 weeks ago, and i recently been having a problem when i switch my wifi off and try to switch mobile data on there is no data availbe only the bars show up, i have to cycle flight mode on and off but when i try to do that sometimes mobile data switch stays lit up even though it's in flight mode and i have to long press on it and turn the switch on and then off for it to stop being lit up. This happened once or twice before but now after i updated my phone yesterday it started happening everytime. 

1- Anyone having this issue ?

2- Could it be software or hardware related (defected phone) ?

Update: 

I noticed that this thing with the mobile data logo staying lit up and all, only happens when i am in the home screen and try to do it, if i am inside an app, for instance whatsapp, the problem doesn't happen

Bro i don't want to turn on flight mode when i sleep. I keep my phone on for calls only, that's why i do these steps. Just focus on the problem that i mentioned. It may be a bug in the new update

So I've tried to replicate your issue and can't. I have S25 Ultra on latest update (March 25)

When you say the mobile data is greyed out, that's the standard colour.

What happens when you tap on it? For my device it turns mobile data back on as I would expect it to.

My issue is that it's greyed out when i have mobile internet on and refuses to light up.

Or it's lit up when i have it off and refuses to switch to grey

Hey i am facing the same issue aswell, when I turn off the data it shows its still on but it's not, even with wifi

Weirdly it stopped doing it for me after i posted about it
