Missing Call Recording

I don't seem to have my phone app up to date, I can't seem to get the call recording feature on the phone because it hasn't updated at all with the software updates. I'm on One UI 7.0 but I still don't have the feature. My phone app is on version 15.6.61 for some reason.

What could I do to get this feature up on my phone? External APKs to update doesn't seem to work.

Settings, about phone, software information. Mind telling me what "android security patch level" says?

My guess is your system updates are broken. The date in the patch level should let me know if it is or isn't

When you get this feature and use it, it says loudly when you press it that it's in use, so both sides of call are informed at the beginning

It says the 1st of July 2025, it's the most recent one, which is what makes this so odd.
