minor glitch on lock screen

On my Lock screen I have two apps, one bottom left and the other, bottom right, for access when the lock screen is on. 

I go to tap either and nothing happens. 

Is this a known glitch that will be addressed?

You have to swipe up on the icon to open the app.

Who would have thunk.    Thanks. 

I'm waiting for LockStar to be updated by GoodLock.  With LockStar we can have up to six apps on the lock screen and they can be opened by tapping.
