I have s25 ultra and since yesterday I'm no longer able to receive texts but I'm fine sending them? Also when I restart my phone it tells me I've got a voice message which I haven't. The messages issue happens with both samsung and Google messages so I'm thinking it might be a sim card issue as all other functions working, any ideas?

For the stuck voicemail check with sim provider and check with them if there are service issues . Reset mobile network settings. Swap sim to different slot

I have tried resetting network and swapped sim slot, still the same, think I'll go to tesco mobile shop after work.

Some other advice, check that your preferred sim is assigned to Messages, Settings-Connections-Sim card Manager. check that Text is set as Default if that is preferred option, Settings - Chat Settings -Select Default Messaging Type, and set this to 'Text or Multimedia Messages'. If you go to Messages- Menu(3 dots)-Settings-More Settings-Text Messages check that a number is poulated in the Message Centre Section. 

otherwise restart phone and check for any updates. you may need to clear the Messages cache,Settings-Apps-Messages-Storage-clear cache.  You may though needs to check with Tesco.

To remove the voicemail notification, try: Settings, Apps, show system apps, Phone Services app, then clear data. (This is not the same as the Phone app).

Can't find that app but thanks for trying guys, will go to phone shop and report back with findings

Went to the Tesco mobile shop and the guy said he would do a sim swap and that he would message me a code but I said i won't get it as that was the main problem. Anyway his message came through and so did about another dozen others that had been queued up? He couldn't explain it but thought it might have been a network issue that was reset by his computer message so all good now
