I completely understand where you are coming from, but as said before, it cannot be done.
I do not know if it is legal or not, but I assume that Samsung's lawyers would have checked on this.
One should have the option of removing it, what about those who use MacOS, Linux, any other OS or none.
Have you tried?
Settings -> Notifications -> Advanced settings -> Manage notification categories for each app (Toggle this on)
Then go to:
Settings -> Notifications -> App notifications -> Link to Windows (Toggle off notifications).
It should not solve the uninstalling of the app, but it should solve the notification issue.

Piper, I've read through this thread and noticed that your responses are short-sighted and unhelpful. You seem to have difficulty with reading comprehension, and you lack the ability to be thorough in your research.
