Just updated my S21 ultra and really, really NOT impressed.
Reset system icons to terrible 'new' ones (nothing wrong with the old ones). Removed features that I had made (spent 2 hours researching how to restore what I wanted my phone to look like). Biggest question I have for the developers is WHY? Why alter things when they are not broken and why 'force' features that are NOT wanted (AI being just one that I do not need or want on my phone).
This insistence of needing change for changes sake has always been the fastest way to lose customers, we want a personal phone and any changes made by an update should be our choice (if a user doesn't want a new feature such as AI as an example then it shouldn't be automatically installed). One item is the terrible 'new' battery percentage icons, the old one was far, far better than this awful cheap looking 'update'.
Developers need to be advised on customer requirements NOT boardroom ideas forcibly installed with an update (returning icons to an 8 bit image hardly constitutes an 'update')
